It’s frustrating when your fridge suddenly stops giving you water when you push the lever. Whether it’s just a trickle or nothing comes out at all, a fridge not dispensing water isn’t something you want to deal with. 1. Check the Water Supply Line

Before you assume something’s broken, check the basics. If your fridge is not dispensing water, the water line might simply be disconnected, kinked, or turned off.

• Pull the fridge away from the wall.
• Look at the back where the water line connects.
• Make sure the valve is fully open and that the line isn’t bent or pinched.
• If you recently moved the fridge, the line might have gotten crimped.

2. Is the Water Filter Clogged or Old?
